En mi opinión estomago es como lo de dentro, como cuando te duele, dices “me duele el estomago”, panza no lo oigo mucho pero lo he oido cuando la gente termina de comer y dicen “que panza tengo” y barriga igual, cuando la gente cree que ha aumentado de peso o también cuando una mujer esta embarazada, lo usan. Vientre lo usan cuando una mujer tiene un bebe en su “vientre” usan siempre esa palabra. Y tripa lo usan también en lo relacionado a tener “longas/chicha/” (cuando la gente dice cosas como “tengo mucha “tripa” o tengo poca, relacionado al aspecto físico) Espero que se me entienda

Estómago es el órgano, si dices que te duele el estómago es que te duele por arriba. Las otras palabras son distintas formas de decir lo mismo.
La palabra barriga se usa para todo
Tengo mucha barriga
Me duele la barriga (se usa más cuando el dolor es por debajo del obligo, ya que si es por encima normalmente es el estómago lo que duele)
Panza no se usa mucho, solo lo he escuchado cuando se está gordo: tengo mucha panza.
Tripa se usa para lo mismo que barriga, pero es una palabra un poco más fina. También se usa en plural para hablar del conjunto de órganos : Al cerdo le han sacado las tripas.
El vientre es tambien la barriga, pero es más formal. Tengo un bebé en mi vientre, me duele el vientre.
Hay una expresión , "hacer de vientre" que quiere decir hacer caca

Estómago is stomach (the organ). Vientre in the part of the body bellow the diaphragm. Panza and barriga are colloquial words.
My belly hurts me = me duele la panza/ la barriga. But a doctor would say "vientre".
When one talks about the belly of a pregnant woman, one usually says (at least in Argentina) "pancita".
Panz and barriga refer many times to a big belly.
Tripa is usually said of the vowel or intestine of an animal. There are also means like "tripa rellena" (stuffed gut"). But, as my friends told you, it is also a figurative way to say that someone has the guts to face something.

You will notice that each of us give differen definitions of the word but it is because we come from different countries and the vocabulary we use varies from place to place in latin america or spain or wherever place we are. Here is mine:
Estómago. It is the most common way to say stomach.
ie. Me duele el estómago.
Panza. It is a vulgar word to say. Usually kids say this word or reffers more to an animal like thing. Is also the same as belly.
You can also say "me duele la panza" but it sounds more rude.
ie. La panza del del animal es muy grande.
ie. El cazador le cortó la panza al animal.
Barriga. This word sounds funny. It is like belly but with a funny touch. It is barely used in my country El Salvador but everyone knows this word. A barriga is a biiiiiig belly.
ie. Se rascó la barriga.
Tripa. In some countries this word means the guts of an animal or people. But in other countries it mean the same as panza.
ie. Me pica la tripa.
ie. Lo cortaron en pedazos y le sacaron las tripas.
