Question about Spanish (Spain)
At a doctor’s appointment, checking in. Receptionist asked if it was — sounded like — “revision” (not sure exactly what she said). Might that be how you’d say “follow up appointment”?

A "revisión" is a regular medical checkup. It may be to test your general state of health (not because you are in pain or have any symptoms), or as follow-up care after a treatment (to check that everything is going well).
