괜찮게 쓰신 것 같아요. 조금 어색하게 느껴지기는 하는데 이 글을 쓰신 맥락을 몰라서 제가 수정해 드리는 것보다는 그대로 쓰시는 것이 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

다시 한번 죄송합니다. 대학의 부득이한 사정으로 15일과 25일의 출근이 어려워졌습니다. 아직도 변경할 수 있나요? 가 더 자연스러운데 아직 변경 가능하냐는 말에 뭘 말하는지 알 수가 없어서 말 자체가 이해가 잘 되지는 않네요.
