Please show me how to pronounce whole, whore, hole .

@M_yoroshku I hope that you know that “whore” is a profanity 😂😂 However whole and hole are pronounced exactly the same. They just have different meanings. Whole means the FULL amount, and a hole is a gap or hollow opening.
In the audio clip I pronounced “whole... whore... hole” and you’ll notice that whole and hole sound the same ☺️

I'm ashamed to say... that to me as a japanese who doesn't have "L" sound in my mother language, whole and whore sound the same...😱
I am wondering how you destingish "whole" from "whore"...😖

@M_yoroshku I study Korean and they don’t have a separate L or R sound either. I know Japanese and Korean are similar. Try and train your ears to listen to different L and R words. But for whore and whole. Whole sounds like “ho-uwl” and whore sounds like “h-or”. I’ll record some audio for you to try and help maybe. Whole ends with what sounds like “owle” and whore ends with the word “or”

@M_yoroshku Yes that was very good! If it helps, try exaggerating the sounds of the words to help distinguish the sounds. Then when you feel more confident you can relax more when you say them. But well done 😄
