' Moruk ' means ' very old ', may be older than 70 years.
It is a kind of ' affectionate' word between men, really close friends
But oftenly young men call ' Moruk' eachother , it does not mean any thing actually . But when they are close friends.
A: Merhaba nerelerdesin , moruk? (instead of the name)
B: Evdeyim.
B: Sağol iyiym. Sen nasılsın , moruk?

I find it a bit rude myself and don't like it when someone calls me moruk. Yes girls also say it. Not as much as boys though.
