In korean, There are several ways of speaking to appear how polite. If you were talking to older people than you, and the people is not close to you, you should say "경복궁이 어디에 있습니까" But if you were talking to people who you're feeling this person is a bit close, you would say "경복궁이 어디에 있나요?"
~까? We use "~까" for questions.It is usually used for people who you're feeling uncomfortable.
~요? We use "~요?" for questions and usually used for people who slightly close to you
4. 어느 시장이 물건 값이 쌉니까? 압니다. -> Which market is selling things cheaper ? Do you know? I Think "압니다" is a typing error. It must be "아십니까?"
5. 경복궁이 어디에 있습니까? 아십니까? ->Where's the 경복궁? Do you Know?
6. 이 글자를 어떻게 읽습니까? 아십니까? ->How to read this word? Do you know?
7. 마이클 씨가 어디에 살아요? 모르세요? -> Where does Michel live? Don't you know?
