I used to pronounce 'j' as 'h' in second one, but recently I changed it to 'kh' as in first one, just to make sure I'm not mixing different versions of spanish I wonder if your 'kh' sound and my 'kh' sound are different
Hi shreosh. Bless you in Spanish means "te bendigo or bendicion a ti", but also in my country there is a custom to say to another person "salud" after having sneezed. So bless you would also mean "salud" but I think that is not very common in the United States
