@Wallace_Andrade it's not efficient for fluency but for grammar it's good. It will not make you fluent, but you need to know basic grammar rules and that is what it does best. It's perfect for all these questions I see you've asked recently.
@Wallace_Andrade Even if you just use the tips and notes for the course, it will be helpful. I'm using duolingo for Hebrew. I know it's not great for fluency, but its definitely helpful for learning grammar.
