Question about English (UK)
In Ukraine the weather is changing from season to season. Right now it is Autumn so the weather started to change. It's not so hot anymore, the temperature is slowly going down. The sky is mostly cloudy and the wind is getting stronger, it might rain as well. There are a lot of wizened leaves lie on the ground. Does this sound natural?

A little unnatural
This sentence is unnatural: “There are a lot of wizened leaves lie on the ground.”
Try “There are a lot of wizened leaves on the ground” or “A lot of wizened leaves lie on the ground” or “There are a lot of wizened leaves lying on the ground.”
Your use of the word “wizened” is rather poetic - it is a word very seldom used now. A more common word to use might be “withered”.
The rest of the paragraph sounds natural.
