Question about English (US)

Sentence in the future vs now:

I'm going to my house now. (But I'm still standing, I'm stopped. I talk this, and after this I walk)

I'm going to my house tomorrow.

I'm going to my house. (I said this when I was in the way home)

That's right? How do I know if it is happening now, tomorrow or go to happen in the near future?
