no, it doesn't.
if you're trying to sound a little rude, say, "you're a foodie!! of course you've already been to every good restaurant in nyc!" (put stress on "course" and a little on "been")
or if you're not,
"you're a foodie, so you're bound to have been to every good restaurant in nyc."
they both aren't that rude, but they sound a little exasperated. (first one is a little ruder, though.)
i'm not sure what kind of tone you're going for, but i hope this helps lol

@cothireni Oh! Thanks!! I’m definitely not trying to be rude. I just meant to say that she knows a lot of nice restaurants because she’s gourmet. I’m relieved that it didn’t sound rude😂💦
