"당신" is orginally formal form of you but it can be sound aggressive in many situations. So please do not use 당신 ever. Actually I never use it. You can omit the subject "you" or say name instead of "you." e.g.) Did you have lunch? 당신 점심 드셨어요? (x) 점심 드셨어요? ㅇㅇ씨 점심 드셨어요? 선생님 점심 드셨어요?
when you are talking to your friends you can use 너 as you. it's a casual expression and it is ok. 너 밥 먹었어?
