ほとんど同じ意味ですが、
投げるという動作は「上から下に腕を振り下ろす」、
入れるという動作は「下からそっと対象に向けてものを放り込む」、
というニュアンスを持つので、どちらかというと「投げ込む」のほうが適切だと思います。
ただ、「投げ入れる」のほうが「投げ込む」よりも動作の速さはゆっくりで、投げるものに対して優しい感じがします。
