Yeah pretty much what PinkMonkey said, 我不在乎 means I don't care - and you would use it in the same way as you would in English when it comes to being condescending or just joking with a friend.
This might be irrelevant - but if you were trying to say "I don't care how you get my money, just get it" or "I don't care who feeds me, I'm just hungry" (that kind of "idc") then you would use a different type of "I don't care" which is "我 wo 不 bu 管 guan".
