Is the grammar and idiom of the following sentences correct? If it is wrong, please correct it

【sentence】
I don't agree with this idea that the number of cars in cities should be limited.
I have two reason.
First, the cars should be improve to more safely and more eco-friendly. Once the number of cars is limited, many people aren't willing to buy cars. It result in destroy vie de industry.
Second, there are many places that is inconvenient transportations in cities.
The govament have to wait growing public transportations.
Therefore. I can't agree with the opinion.
