Question about English (UK)

‎This is a quote from an introduction of a Japanese YouTube channel which teaches English.
I wonder if this is grammatically correct.

“Gesuonna eikaiwa is a show where I: not a native speaker but speak fantastic English teach Momoko : been my best friend for the past several years and is a co-host of another show Called 30onna no gesutalk English...”

I never come across sentences using : . How do you use it in the sentences? It looks omission of be verbs...? I’m not sure.
And another question is that I can’t see if where is used to show at the beginning.
This is the original clip.

The lady looks fluent in English but I want to double check if what is spoken in the YouTube channel is accurate and good to learn from her.
