What is the difference between "avec" and "de" cuz I've seen both of them mean WITH and another thing,if you put: de + la that means = hence?

in this sentence you can use either "avec" or "de".
But not in every sentence .
if in english you can say "with whom" or "with what" then in french it's always "avec".
But to tell you why here you can use both of them and why sometimes you cannot is very harsh ...
de+ la doesn't mean hence
hence would be :d'où

de + la is just " de " plus the determiner "la"
it's the same thing as "du" ( which is the contraction of de + le)
or as "des" ( de + les )
je mange de la salade. ( i eat salad)
je fais du vélo . (i am riding a bike)
je prépare des gâteaux (I'm making cakes)
NB: "de" with the meanings of "avec" is quite rare. We mostly just say avec.

in english it would be : From/with my right hand i am resolving an equation whereas from/with my left hand i am writing a name.

@SamLz so,we could say "avec" is generally used with human beings or living beings and "de" with inanimate objects?

not necessarily. We could say : je vais chez le docteur avec mon nounours car j'ai peur ( I go to the doctor with my teddy bear because i am scared)
i think if you can say "with whom" or "with what" it's always avec
and when you can say "from what" it's can be both "de" and avec"
j’appelle ma mère avec mon nouveau téléphone = j'apelle ma mère de mon nouveau téléphone
i am calling my mother with/from what ? my new cellphone

@Juan_Welding btw 'de la' is more use for 'of'.
But you can use 'de' to do that too:
Le parapluie de Lucie.
(The Lucie'S umbrella)
La voiture de ma mère .
(My mother'S car)

@Liv52 and I guess one uses "de la" with the definite article "la" when one want to be more specific or just to be coherent with the noun gender or maybe I'm mistaken because "de lo" would sound rather strange...or that'd be "du" ?

'de lo' ne veut rien dire en français.
'la' is an article to talk about a female person or a feminine thing
