They mean the same but
๋ is usually used for asking like
โ ๋ ํด? โ (Doing it again?)
And ๋ค์ is mostly used for commanding or just regular sentence.
โ ๋ค์ ํด!โ ( do it again!)
โ๋ค์ ํ ๊บผ์ผ โ(Iโll do it again )
