من، به شخصه، حصول این توافق را تنها و تنها به خاطر عزم مردم در سال ۹۲ برای آمدن بر سر صندوقهای رای می بینم.‌ مردمی که با وجود تمامی حرف و حدیث های موجود، باز هم راه مذاکره و صحبت را انتخاب کردند و با رای قاطع از کاندیدای مورد حمایت مصالحه گران (اصلاح طلبان) حمایت کردند.
این توافق بیشتر از آنکه تغییری در وضع معیشتی آنها ایجاد کند، نوید بخش پیروزی ضمنی آنها بر قدرت حاکمه ی تندرو بود. به هر حال بحث راجع به این موضوع آنقدر زیاد است که گویا از حوصله ی این سایت خارج می باشد.

countries show different reactions in each period of time. for instance, I guess this agreement should be done during president Khatami's period. But unfortunately, his presidency was coincident with J. Boush. At that time, this was US which had not shown any cooperation.The exact thing happened inversely, when Ahmadinejad became Iran's president.
My point is, this has not been just Iran who has not shown any flexibility during negotiations.
