様 is a honorific suffix and it shouldn't use for oneself as you know. However 様 as in 俺様 implies that "I am a person to be respected", "You should respect me" or something like that. In other words, the speaker/writer who said/written 俺様 as 私/just 俺 is an intimidating man.
