2)The verb is put on the last part of a sentence. Because of markers you may put the subject or the objects on any places in the sentence.
3)particles are put just behind the verb. They give the meanings like negative, past, passive, polite, possibility and so on to the sentence. Verbs conjugate to add these particles.

Kare wa rajio wo kiki masen deshita
He did not listen to radio.
Kare - he
Wa - the subject marker
Rajio - radio
Wo - the object marker
Kiki - the original form is kiku(to listen )
Masen - polite negative
Deshita - polite past
