I'd say the main difference is how commonly and naturally they are all used- even though they all have similar meanings... I think queer is not used as much anymore because it was used a few decades ago to antagonise gay people. But it can still be used, although not really in casual conversation. For example, "I feel queer", "It's a bit of a queer place don't you think?", etc. The most common phrase with odd is "That's odd" or "Oddly enough" or "Odd though it seems....". It's fairly natural. The most commonly used one is 'weird'. You can call people, places, things weird without there being much unnaturalness behind it. "That dog's weird", "This is a weird as hell place", "I feel weird".... Etc, etc. Hope that helped. :D :D
