うーん。かなり難しいです。まだ親じゃありませんが、このようなものが言えると思います。
「お兄ちゃなんだから、妹にゆずってあげなさい」は Be a good big brother and share with your sister.です。
英語で譲るという言葉は子供の場合に使われていません。おもちゃを共有する場合、shareという動詞を使った方がいいです。それほか、「Be nice to your little sister」も言えます。この表現は一般的で、「いい加減にしなさい」のような表現です。
しかも、「ゆずって偉かったね」なら、英語で「Good job! 」や「Thank you for being nice to your sister! 」、「Thank you for being a good big brother!」などが言えます。日本語と極めて違いますが、このような言葉は何回も耳にしたことがあります。
最後に、priority/ prioritize という言葉、たいてい義務に関して使われています。例えば I need to make my family a priority. 家族を(仕事よりというニュアンスがある)優先しなければならない。 とか I need to prioritize my studies. 学習を優先しなければならない。
でも、二人の間に、恋愛を除いて、あまり言われていません。子供の間や兄妹の場合は、非常に不自然に聞こえます。

ちなみに、Thank you for being a good big brother!について、子供同士が兄弟じゃない場合はなんと言いますか？3歳と1歳の近所の友達同士とかの場合、big brotherと言ってもOKですか？違う言い方がありますか？

Big brotherは兄の場合のみで使われています。友達同士の場合、名詞を換えて、「Thank you for being a good friend!」と言います。姉の場合、「Thank you for being a good big sister！」など。
