Question about English (US)

What does I had the initial audition and I killed it. mean?

Does it mean "I nailed it at the audition", or "I didn't go to the audition"?

(An actor, who is alcoholic and goes to AA, is telling his friend about his audition.)

Actor:I had the initial audition and I f**king killed it.
I really did. Even I was like, "F**k, you know."
Because I've been saying no to all... About five auditions all year. Because they're triggers for me.
They're triggers. I used to drink...

Thank you.
