though: despite the fact that, but, however.
although: even though, but. does NOT mean however.
They are identical at the beginning of a phrase:
- Though she burned our dinner, I still love her.
- Although she burned our dinner, I still love her.
Only though can be used at the end of a phrase:
- She burned our dinner. I still love her though.
nonetheless: in spite of that, anyways, however.
nevertheless: in spite of that, all the same, however.
Nonetheless should be used at the end of phrases while nevertheless should be used at the beginning of phrases (because of their active/passive voice).
Examples:
- She burned our dinner. I love her nonetheless.
- She burned our dinner. Nevertheless, I love her.
Despite: in spite of, without being affected by.
Examples:
- Despite her burning our dinner, I still love her.
- She burned our dinner. But I still love her despite that.
These are all often replaced with 'however' in everyday speech.

Though and although mean the same thing, it's just a shorter version of the word.
