I see them as shy(at first), bookish, and big foodies.

I see them differently . I see Japanese as very precise and "by the book" and Japanese ppl seem like they try to become experts at whatever they do.
Chinese people, I see as totally different than Japanese people and I think these 2 groups are more different than they are similar .
Koreans are similar to Japanese and Taiwanese ppl, they probably perfect mix of those 2. Taiwanese are freedom loving oprnminded ppl of Chinese heritage. They're the friendliest of those mentioned so far . There's lots of other countries and places like Hong Kong ... but I will stop here
