Hi!
When you say « une nouvelle voiture » it literally means « a new car »
Ex: « J’ai acheté une nouvelle voiture. »
-> I bought a new car.
Here, it would sound like you already bought a car before and now you have a new one : you can’t say « I bought a new car » if it’s the first car you buy !
For the second one « une voiture neuve », it means that the car you have has never been used, it is a new one. Maybe it is not clear.. lemme give you an exemple :
-> J’ai acheté une voiture, elle est neuve.
-> I bought a car, it is new/clean/never used before. (Here, I use « she » because « car » is feminine)
But if I say : « J’ai lavé ma voiture, elle est comme neuve »
-> I cleaned my car, it looks like « new »
It is also correct, here, your car is not new but it looks like!
I hope my explanations were clear :(
