The second part is confusing and doesn't make any sense. "Wish you best of luck" is correct and means "Good luck."

@FrancesDeangela True, although even then, it’s technically either “wish you *the* best of luck” or simply “Best of luck!” as a stand-alone phrase (otherwise you need the article “the”)
