Question about Polish

So I am learning Polish now and I already know that in Polish, names are declined as well. My own firstname is "Michael" and it seems that genitive of "Michael" is "Michaela". Funny enough the firstname of my wife is "Michaela" (the female version of Michael). That means that my name in genitive case is the same as hers in nominative. What I do not know is: What is HER name in genitive? And if you are so kind: Could you deline both names in all cases for me?
Z góry dziękuję!
