1. 둘다 똑같은 말이에요 그런데 돈이 들다가 더 자연스럽게 자주 사용되는 말이에요

2.그러다보니는 그래서랑 비슷해요
그러다보니는 잘 쓰이지않는 접속사에요
Ex 날씨가 추워졌어요 그러다보니
옷을 따듯하게 입고 다녀야해요

'돈이 들다'와 '돈이 나가다' 는 같은 뜻으로 사용될 수 있습니다. 하지만 약간의 어감(nuance) 차이는 있습니다.
돈이 들다: 반드시 돈이 사용되는 용도(목적)과 함께 쓰입니다. (어디에 돈이 들다)
돈이 나가다: 주로 있던 돈이 없어짐을 표현하므로, 돈이 사용되는 용도를 함께 쓰지 않아도 됩니다.

* 그것을 사는 데에 (사는 것에) 많은 돈이 들었어.
It cost me a lot of money to buy it.
* 그것을 사면서 많은 돈이 나갔어.
A lot of money was gone as I bought it.

* 이번 달에 번 돈이 다 나갔어.
All the money that earned this month was gone.
* 이번 달에 들어온 돈이 다 들었어. (약간 어색함, a little bit awkward)

The usage of "그러다 보니" is similar to "so that" ;
원인 (cause) + 그러다 보니 + 결과 (result)

* 새 스마트폰을 사는 데에 돈이 다 들었어. '그러다 보니' 책을 살 돈이 없어.
It cost me all my money to buy a new smartphone, so I have no money to buy a book.

* 난 스마트폰을 많이 사용해. '그러다 보니' 눈이 나빠졌어.
I use my smartphone too much, so my eyes have gotten bad.
