The second sentence is the most natural sentence. The first sentence does not make sense, but the second does but you spelled "realiry" instead of spelling it as "reality". Also, if you are saying that sentence I would clarify what you define reality as. Leaving the sentence like it is now is a bit confusing without more information included.

Sensory is the correct word if you are referring to the sensory-motor system in psychology, basically meaning the information you receive from your surroundings or nervous system. If this is what he meant then yes, sensory is is the right word to use but also sensorial is also a good word, just depends on the context of his sentence, whether it is a scientific topic or not @cesarkohl .

You could write it as " Information that comes through the sensory nervous system travels up to the brain. This information is then processed into what we perceive as our reality in the world. Our reality meaning what we hear, see, feel, touch, and taste in the environment that we are in." This is a bit complex but it defines what you mean to say clearly. I hope this helps @tabihiko , I'm basing this off of when I told AP Psychology last year.
