Je ne comprend pas l'utilisation de "ou presque"

À l'oral : Tu peux utiliser "ou presque" quand tu as oublié de préciser que c'est "presque"
"il n'y a rien.... Ou presque !"
À l'oral ou à l'écrit : c'est aussi pour insister sur le fait qu'il y a quand même quelque chose

La quantité est négligeable alors on l'assimile à "rien"
mais en réalité ce n'est pas vraiment rien (zéro) alors on ajoute "ou presque" pour exprimer cette quantité très petite.
