It means “you did a good job”. But it is not widely used, except perhaps in certain circles. I asked 3 adult native speakers, and none of them were really sure. Maybe it is used by young people mostly. You can find it in Urban Dictionary (urbandictionary.com) which is a good source for slang. Probably “kudos” is more commonly used and understood by a wider audience.
