I would probably not say "I found my memory". You might hear that a memory is "lost" or "gone". If a person cannot recall something, they might say "No, it's gone" or "I don't remember. I've lost my memory". But if this changes they will just say "Now I remember". Memory can also "return" or "come back".
Example "I could not remember the accident for a long time. I hit my head and lost my memory. But my memory slowly returned and now I remember everything".
