Question about English (US)

Hello. I have a grammar question. Is the following sentence correct?

The bookstore is situated into the department store.

One study aid denies the usage of “situated into”.

However, in the case that there is a bookstore in the department building, I think this usage is correct.

I’d be really appreciate if you explain this matter.
