garnuhos sounds more polite
garnuhola sounds like you are giving a suggestion

@Shreosh Thank you very much. I found a grammar book which tells "hola" is the most respectable form. I doubted it so I asked about it here. Seems like the grammar book sometimes teaches wrong grammar..😢

you can use anyone.
with "garnuhola" you are only suggesting. because you are not sure that will be turned into action.
but with "garnuhos" you are expecting that your advise/suggestion is going to be implemented.
e.g. yo kitaaba padnuhosa.
yo kitaaba padnuhola.
yo kaama garnuhola. (here somebody is ONLY suggesting "to do that task'").
yo kaama garnuhosa. (here somebody is requesting/leveraging 'to do do that task')

Extra information:
There are mainly 3 forms of politeness in Nepali
1. Tapai uses "garnuhos" ["garnus" in short] (highest )
2. Timi uses "gara" (moderate )
3. Ta uses "gar" (lowest / non-polite)
If you are making an request by saying "please" then "kripaya" is added to the sentence.
for example.
Please open the door. >> Kripaya, dhoka kholnuhos.
Please wear your seat belt >> Kripaya, aafno seat belt prayog garnuhos.

you will be fine with the use of either. we don't have strict uses of honorific language like japanese have with their 敬語
