C: They're fresh. Just came out of the oven.
Are these the same meaning?

Can I say
A: These grilled chickens are fresh out of the grill.
B: These grilled chickens are fresh off the grill.
C: These grilled chickens are fresh and just came out of the grill.
Are these the same meaning?
