Actually there is not much difference as WHERE and THERE is used for a place but the word THERE directs/points towards the place from the speaker while WHERE shows or tells about a place or what place or at place.
Either ways all the sentences you have mentioned mean the same,they just have different word placements.(I hope this helps)
