Teď is used for right now.
Hned is meant for "wait a few seconds" right now 😅. It's hard to describe.
Udělej to teď/hned. (can be replaced)
But...
Teď nemůžu. (can't be Hned nemůžu.)
Hned to bude. (can't be Teď to bude.)
Hned can be also replaced by Už.
Už to bude. (means - it's almost done)
If you want to emphasize the moment "right now", you can use both - "Musím s tebou mluvit." "Teď hned?" ("I need to talk to you." "Right now??")
