I am trying to understand when to use "ich bin" and "Mir ist".

z.B. Mir ist krank. --> Does it mean "I am feeling sick"?

Ich bin krank. --> Does it mean "I am sick"?

Mir ist müde. --> "I am feeling tired."?
Ich bin müde. --> "I am tired". or "I am tired of..."
