さかさことばによるスラングです。
①シロウト→トー(人) シロー(素)
②コーヒー(珈琲)→ヒーコー
②はともかく①はさかさことばになっていないと思うかもしれませんが
日本人にとっては言いやすく発音する場合にはこうなります。

it's an old fashioned way to say. I guess it was a fashion to use this way in around 1990s
some comedian celebrities used these phrases on TV shows.
銀座(ぎんざ)→ざぎん
寿司(すし)→シースー
六本木(ろっぽんぎ)→ギロッポン
