"Porter son choix" is kind of an idiom, it means "to make a choice" / "To choose".
The statement here says :
"Nous vous remercions d'avoir porté votre choix sur un moteur Honda."
But it could be expressed this way as well, which would be much more common and less formal :
"Merci d'avoir choisi un moteur Honda."
The sentence you're wondering about typically is what you could encounter when you buy something as a thank-you note from the company you bought the item from. So it is quite formal. Which justifies the use of "Nous vous remercions" and "Porter son choix sur".
"Porter son choix sur..." is literally built as "to carry one's choice on...". Just in case you were wondering.

@Proost Thank you so much! You are a life saver. very helpful information but the last paragraph is what helped me the most and what I was looking to understand. Can you please be my French teacher instead lol.

@davidy1227z I appreciate that you consider my help useful, thank you. The thing is, there are many things I struggle to explain in French because I am not a French teacher and I rely, as most natives, on my experience of the language plus some extra knowledge due to the fact that I like to teach French. I don't feel like agreeing to help you on a regular basis and then not being able to help you with some questions that you'd ask.
Plus, I am using HiNative less and less these days for I am really busy with my studies and my Japanese learning which I am trying to take to the next level. I don't feel like adding French teaching to my to-do list these days. However, as I said, I like it.
I am sure you'll find amazing native people out there who will be more than happy to help you on a regular basis. Some of them could even provide better explanations than I do and most importantly have a better understanding of French in theory. 😊

@Proost I was just joking of course. I used to study Japanese, I knew the basics: Hiragana, Katakana and was just on my way to learning Kanji but then life happened and long story short I needed to learn French because it was crucial for me, but I appreciate the help! Good luck on your journey with Japanese :P

@davidy1227z How is your learning going little man? 😊
I usually check your account for any unanswered question and you didn't ask for anything since last time. 🙃

@Proost It's been a very long time but I'm still learning here and there, just a lot more less time to study but I'm still determine to be at least intermediate in grammar, speech, writing. Thank you for asking. How's your Japanese coming along?
