Question about English (US)
Hello
I received a letter from my English teacher.
I am a little confused her comment.
“ your gardening skills are becoming a new school legend “
I am not sure “ a new school legend “
Context:
I gave her a big fruit.I grew it at home. So she was a surprised. Is this sentence kind of joke? And why it is “legend “ but “a new “?
Thank you in advance!
