No... it’s a mistake that happens.. try not to do it more than once on the same letter... or on consecutive messages. It’s kind of at the level of spelling errors.. it may stick out, but usually not a problem for one or two. If someone sends you an email filled with spelling errors, one might think they didn’t think there was an implication that they weren’t being treated seriously, not given the effort of hitting spellcheck. I think you’re good.
