On l'utilise de plus en plus, surtout chez les jeunes couples dans la vingtaine. J'ai beaucoup d'amis qui se sont pacsés car cela donne des avantages et c'est moins compliqué que le mariage (administrativement). D'après l'INSEE (une agence gouvernemental française des statistiques) il y a depuis 2016 autant de pacs que de mariage maintenant.
