Question about English (UK)

I've read an English example sentence in a text book for learning English.
However, I thought something is wrong.
Is the following example sentence the unused English taught by bad professors?

A: "Now,if you'll follow me,I'd like to take you to the conference room."
Instead of that, I feel the next sentence is right to use.

B: "I will take you to the meeting room, please come with me."
Which is natural business English, "A" or "B" ?
Or is there any other appropriate way to say it?
