そうだね is a casual expression as "Yeah.", "Yeah, exactly." , "You're right." or "I agree" in English.
そうです/そうですね sounds more formal than そうだね.
そうです/そうですね means like "Yes.", "Yes, it's right." , "I agree." ,etc..
