"Do you guys" is said to a group of people, asking all of them.
"Don't you have phones?" is asking one person why they don't have multiple phones.
"Don't you have a phone?" is asking one person why they don't have a phone.
"Don't you" = asking 1 person a question
"Do you guys" = asking multiple people the same question
