They can pretty much be used interchangeably. The only difference I can think of is if these sentences are given to me:
“She’s fast”
“She’s quick”
With “fast” I would assume the speaker is taking about her completing an action. With “quick” I could think the speaker is referring to the completion of an action, but I might also think that the speaker is referring to her intelligence (depending on context).
Also, “fastly” is not a work while “quickly” is. So if you’re using an adverb, you should use “quickly.” Of course people would know what you meant if you used “fastly.”

on this context, should I say: get off the bus quickly or get off the bus fast

You should say "get off the bus quickly" as quick is for completion of the action which in this case is getting off the bus
Though if you say "get off the bus fast" it can still be understood
Also get off the bus fast sounds wrong and you should probably also use the word please before saying get off the bus quickly
