Question about English (US)

Some lady came up to me yesterday and asked me out.

At the sentence above, ‘some’ refers to something / someone who I don’t know.
Then can I also use ‘certain’ instead of ‘some’ as ‘certain’ can be used for something non specific ??

Some lady came up to me
Certain lady came up to me

So those centences above mean exactly he same ??
